Enforcement begins August 2, 2026

Audit your EU AI Act documentation before the regulator does.

A systematic 4-Lens Framework that checks your compliance documentation against the Act's requirements — and produces a fully revised version with every gap fixed.

30 minPer document audit
25+Compliance checks per scan
Art. 5–73Full regulation coverage

August 2, 2026: High-risk AI system obligations become enforceable. Non-compliance fines: up to €35 million or 7% of worldwide annual turnover.

The Problem

Your compliance docs look complete. A regulator would disagree.

Most AI Act documentation fails for the same structural reasons — not because the intent is wrong, but because the language doesn't hold up under scrutiny.

⚠️

Vague Commitments

"Appropriate measures will be taken" — appropriate how? By whom? By when? A market surveillance authority will ask. Your document should already answer.

🔍

Missing Elements

Annex IV requires 9 mandatory sections in your technical documentation. Article 17 requires 13 aspects in your quality management system. Most organizations miss at least 3.

📋

Paper Compliance

"Human oversight is ensured" — but can the designated person actually override the system? If oversight is nominal, it's non-compliant under Article 14.

🎯

Misclassification Risk

If you've classified a system as not high-risk to avoid obligations, is your Article 6(3) reasoning documented and defensible? This is where fines start.

The Method

4-Lens Compliance Framework

Every compliance document is audited through four lenses. Each targets a different failure mode that regulators look for.

Regulatory Structure

Are all required elements present? Correct risk classification? Correct role identification (provider vs deployer)? Annex IV completeness? Article 17 coverage?

Regulatory Language

Article 3 term consistency. Precision of obligations. Specificity of commitments. Every vague "where feasible" or "as appropriate" flagged.

Operational Feasibility

Can the procedures actually be implemented? WHO does WHAT by WHEN, verified HOW? Are incident reporting timelines realistic (15-day deadline)?

Regulatory Adversarial

What would a hostile auditor find? Where are the loopholes? Could someone claim compliance while not actually being compliant?

Coverage

Audit any AI Act compliance document

How It Works

30 minutes. Three prompts. A defensible document.

Paste your compliance document into any LLM you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or your organization's approved AI tool.

1

Compliance Audit

Scans your document through all four lenses. Output: article-by-article gap log, severity-ranked findings, compliance scorecard.

2

Regulatory Stress Test

Simulates a hostile enforcement audit. Finds every loophole, penalty exposure, and vulnerability a market surveillance authority would find.

3

Full Document Patcher

Produces a complete revised document with every gap addressed. Includes a change log mapped to specific article references and a before/after scorecard.

FAQ

Common questions

What AI tools does this work with?
Any large language model: ChatGPT (GPT-4), Claude, Gemini, or your organization's approved enterprise AI. The prompts are plain text — you copy and paste them. No special software or API required.
Does this make my organization compliant with the EU AI Act?
No. This is a documentation quality audit tool, not a legal compliance service. It checks whether your compliance documents address what the Act requires, use precise language, and would survive regulatory scrutiny. It does not classify your AI systems, perform technical testing, or constitute legal advice. You are responsible for final compliance decisions.
Can I use this for client work?
Yes. All tiers include a commercial license. You can use the prompts and framework on unlimited client projects. You cannot redistribute, resell, or publish the prompts themselves.
What about data confidentiality?
You paste documents into your own AI tool — we never see your documents. If you use an enterprise AI tool with data processing agreements, your documents stay within your existing security perimeter. For maximum confidentiality, use a local/on-premise AI tool or one with your organization's DPA in place.
What's the difference between Toolkit and System?
The Toolkit gives you the 3 core prompts — enough to audit any compliance document. The System adds 5 pro prompts that generate client-ready deliverables (Executive Brief, Findings Report, Implementation Roadmap), a 5-module training course on the Act and the framework, and an offline HTML Prompt Hub. If you audit multiple document types or serve clients, the System pays for itself on the first engagement.
Does this work with documents in other languages?
Yes. Paste your compliance documentation in German, French, Dutch, or any EU language — the audit and revised document will be returned in the same language. The prompts are in English, but the AI handles multilingual documents seamlessly.
Can I share this with my team?
Toolkit and System are single-user licenses. The Agency License ($1,499) covers up to 10 named users within one organization — same System contents, plus a Team License Certificate. For larger teams, email hello@draftstandards.com.
What's the refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. If the prompts don't catch substantive compliance gaps in your documentation, email hello@draftstandards.com with your order ID for a full refund.
Is there customer support?
This is a self-service product. All usage instructions are included in the package. We respond to emails at hello@draftstandards.com as capacity allows.
My organization is outside the EU. Does the AI Act apply?
If your organization places AI systems on the EU market, or the output of your AI system is used in the EU, the Act applies regardless of where you are based (Article 2). This includes US, UK, and Asian companies serving European clients or customers.
